Detailed Track Description

I made this track after being really inspired by watching nature documentaries featuring the Serengeti, the great migration and the rainy seasons. The music is very tribal, rhythmic, epic and cinematic in scope.

Features a huge African percussion section made up of marimbas of various size and materials (glass/wood), tuned fiberglass and PVC tubes, xylophone and kalimba. The huge ethnic drum section supports a full string orchestra, choir sections, and the solo instruments which are Duduk, Shakuhachi Flute, and Bawu.

I see this piece working well for a nature documentary, time-lapse film, short film, YouTube project, or for other new media.

This track also includes an alternate track that is just the drum and percussion sections!
