Greetings, thank you for the feedback. I’m very sorry for what happened. I can offer you to add a youtube channel with my music to the content id whitelist (give me a link to the channel please). Also when you purchase you have a license code that you enter when uploading the video and you will not have any problems with the content identity

The music is used in an installation tutorial for a technical device. While receiving only a few hits on YouTube (maybe 4 or 5,000 in total), the video may be published on multiple channels, each localized for a specific territory (i.e. language).

As it sits now, every upload will receive the potential use restriction and each channel will need to be cleared seperately. The client localizes to up to 16 (!) languages (i.e. channels). Having to dispute a copyright claim for every channel is exactly the hassle we try to avoid.

So far, it’s only up on our channel (marked “unlisted”) as it’s still in clearance with the client.

Anyway… I’ll brief them through the process of clearing the copyright claim(s). But please understand our frustration. This is also not the first time this has happened to us.
