Description
“Desert at Noon” is a gritty, distorted country-rock piece made up of two electric guitars and several percussion instruments. Taking a minimalist approach, a tremolo-soaked rhythm guitar is used to drive the piece until halfway through when the second guitar is brought in to play lead. The percussion stays in the background and slowly builds up throughout.
This piece would be ideal for any project looking for country music assets suitable for a scene in which a duel is taking place (comedic or otherwise). It could also be useful for Old West or desert-themed projects as the music may conjure up images of a miserable, arid landscape with tones of finality and death.
Thanks for listening.
