I bought this song and used it in one of my YouTube videos but I received a claim on “matched third party content”. I then filled a dispute but still haven’t received any reaction from you, although 3 weeks have passed since then. The situation is very unpleasant as it affects my YouTube monetization. Is there a way I can send you an email with details of my purchase so that you can clear the claim? Thank you!
Thanks for the purchase, I’m sad that it happened, but I can only help with the ADREV system. You can remove the claim with a license only by showing them the license file. or in support of envato: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
The claim I received is from “AdRev for Rights Holder”. I am told to contact the author, YOU are the author. Now you tell me to contact them. The situation is becoming ridiculous. You said you can help me with the ADREV system, not sure what you meant exactly?
