I think it’s GEMA free. I hear the song on videohive (with a christmas video). I wanna use it for my client to give christmas greetings. I wanna upload it to my YouTube account (my client hasn’t got his own) and publish it with (settings “not public/private”) and then embedded it to my clients homepage (and the blog post withe the video also link to Facebook.) My client has not the resources for uploading the video (with your music) on his homepage. What license do I need? I think the standard one, is that right? (No film, no braodcast)
