Well I just got 4 goldfish, I think that’s going to do the ticket. Plus the bubble sound the tank makes at night has helped me get some rest. I hope come Monday morning to have my head back in the game! Thanks everyone for your advice and support.
Some other good habits would be:
- Set aside 15-20 minutes to sit and relax, enjoy the silent and just do nothing. - Open up word processor and write whatever that comes to mind for 10-15 minutes. ( Its a way to clear your mind until there is nothing else in your mind)
