I need to start outsourcing my coding as I prefer doing the design and UX. So if front end CSS , HTML and jQuery is your thing then get in touch.

Ideally I’m looking to establish a long term working relationship with a potential candidate. The work load will vary from 1 to 10 pages per week – dependent on complexity, client needs and ultimately my speed as a designer and your speed at front end code. Some pages require minimal coding, while other require more complex functionality (eg playlists with mobile compatibility or tabs or a page with a lot of links).

Other requirements:

  • Flexibility is a must along with a weekly a Skype (as and if needed) to discuss work in progress.
  • English proficiency.
  • Easy to work with.
  • The coded version must match the design I send you.

Basic project details: It is an education based site with a Christian bias. There is an exisitng CSS framework which has been created (it is kinda bloated – so you could choose to create a new one or use the existing one). Most of my communication is via email, so the Skype thing would probably just be to get to know each other. Time zone is not important (I’m based in SA but have a tendancy to work after hours).

Let me know what your payment terms are – per page or per hour. Payment will be in U$ and I would prefer to pay via PayPal, Payoneer or Skrill. I’ll start off with a (paid) test project so you can get a feel for the project. then if we’re both good to go, payments will be made monthly.

Here are some links to pages I’ve already done (so you can get a feel for the basic design):

Homeschooling page 1
Homeschooling page 2
Homeschooling page 3

The template for the header and side bar is sorted, it’s just the content area that you’ll be coding based on my designs that I’ll send through. I’ll send through all the graphics and the design to follow

So if you’re interested send an email via my profile page or to tamixes at gmail dot com with some links to existing work and your rates. Just to recap – I’m not looking for a front end designer, just a front end coder.
