So when I first joined audiojungle like a year and a half ago, I never really did a whole lot with the forums since there really wasn’t a whole lot going on back then (at least not like how it is now). And then just a few days ago I decided to start watching the forums again and wow this place is busy now! I feel like I’ve been totally missing out on a great community the past year by mainly just looking at my dashboard all this time…
Yes! It is worth making a name for yourself here in the communities and it’s very entertaining and interesting knowing other people’s backgrounds, opinions etc. I almost feel like we all work in a giant office and this is the water cooler around where we all talk. It’s pretty fantastic and is a great thing to do after you’ve checked your sales. Also some of the advice I’ve been given here has been incredibly useful to me.
Also remember that the envato high brass also read the forums and it’s worth letting them know who you are. All the AudioJungle authors in the corporate bundle (aside from being great musicians and writing really catchy stuff LOL) are authors that have been very active in the community and I definitely think that helped them!
Hey you’ve got some great tracks in your portfolio Mr Roberts! Good to see the guitar getting foregrounded and used in a variety of different ways. AJ’s forums are (mostly) full of good questions and intelligent answers from a variety of prolific and talented guys – it’s a hell of a lot more interesting than looking at the dashboard too!
Look forward to your future presence here and I’m sure you’ll get a lot out of it (most of the time at least…)
Wishing you much success – I can see you’re on the verge of hitting 100 sales soon so keep up the good work. All the best. JB

JBlanks saidIt is an honor for me to work in the community, where the Most of the people are great professionals and prominent composers! And intellectuals also!
