Similar “problems” here. I submitted Ticket ID: 213537 five days ago, but I still do not have final answers. I do not know about rules when ticket can / must be closed, so if my post is wrong, sorry. I have reported a lot of times using the piracy form. No badge yet and still so many items are distributed illegally. Please how is Envato support team fighting against piracy? We are losing a lot of money out there – authors and also Envato. Please do something about it.

If it is really urgent you can tweet your ticket to the support. I would not open a thread after only 24 hours or even up to 3 days. Those are humans you know?
