I agree. Especially with the new support changes, the “Team Authors” need a much better way to provide support to customers, currently it’s too difficult (they have to go to each item and look through every comment page to locate unanswered comments). Team authors need to have the same “dashboard” as sellers where they can see all the latest comments and be able to answer them and mark them as read.

The lightbox is nice and is perfect for the screenshots, but it should not be added to the main image. The main image should still link to the demo. Most WP themes don’t use screenshots either so it’s very redundant – http://cl.ly/image/1I2h3D2c0X2g
Also the screenshots button/link should ONLY display if an item actually has screenshots. If an item only has a main image uploaded then it’s just useless bloat. You can either make the live preview button longer or add a different button instead (download/support).
My sales have gone up quite a bit…but I’ve been spending a lot more time on my marketing efforts.
So authors now have to take on all the risk as well as calculate/pay state digital taxes?
Just like you can report comments there should be a “report rating” button that dumps the rating into a queue and an envato staff member looks them over and decides if the rating is legit or not.
