Had it only for two of my items but it was important (plus inspiring considering how hard it was getting approved in Creattica) for me as well. Guess now I’ll need to create a custom image for it.

The font used for ‘color printer’ looks like Bauhaus 93 (except the baseline ‘t’ is set to around -25) and it can’t be found on Dafont either because it’s a commercial font. Didn’t you say that both of the font you’ve used are from dafont?
@Mike and @GBS: I too, thought the same thing as in my first post but I believe that there are many items without font info in description so it seemed very unlikely to me that it could be the reason for rejection.
@GBS: Yes. Looking at most of the items these days, it looks like it is all right to include font info just inside the help file. About the license stuff, I believe reviewers do not check the licenses of the fonts. Although it’s always good and ethical (and legal, for that matter) to only include free for commercial use fonts.
No i only used dafont. and this was the only reason why my item was rejected that was given to me. I organize my files extremely wall everything labeled, organized, and smart objects. I went through it and could not find any other fonts that were not listed. I don’t really believe its a quality issue, I think its easier to send me a generic response about fonts, instead of taking a few moments to tell me what the issue really is. This should not be like this, if i take the time to design something for the market place the least the reviewer can do is give me a straight forward criticism not just copying and pasting responses.
I understand how you’re feeling but there is a reason that the standard message is being used for most of the rejection types. If reviewers were to give out detailed explanations for every rejection then it will become harder to keep up with the uploads. The result will be slower item review process which nobody’s gonna like. Sometime ago, we’ve been through this and forums were full of complaints about it.
It seems obvious by the note that it has something to do with font so I guess there is a good chance that quality of your item is high enough to be accepted. At this point all you can do is create a support ticket or if you’re sure enough about the fonts then you can probably resubmit the item with message stating that there wasn’t anything wrong with the fonts. Also, if you create a support ticket, do tweet the ticket ID to Envato Support’s twitter account. That way, it will probably work faster. Or may be you can try both?

Rejection Details Reason: Unfortunately, your file does not document fonts used… The help file indicates both fonts used, from dafont. and provides the links. It seems very funny how i download plenty of files that use dafont. but my file is declined for using dafont.
Did you check again if you only used two fonts in your file? It is possible that you may have some text inside the file and may be forgot about it when including font info. I also see that you do not include the font info in description as the message says but anyway, I’m not really betting on it since many people does the same and there items are accepted. What I’m trying to say is that it is possible the item might have been rejected because of the first two lines listed in the message since nowhere does the reviewer state that Dafont is not a legit site.
Because Dafont is a legit site. Take my word for it. AZfonts is not because it provides commercial fonts for free which otherwise you’d need to purchase before using. It’s like sending a buyer to steal someone else’s hard work. As simple as that.
I’ve spent plenty of money here and its getting ridiculous, In my opinion some designers are favored in the eyes of the reviewers and if were not allowed to use dafont as a source then the rule needs needs to be enforced for everyone.That’s one thing I completely disagree about. I’ve had my items rejected in past. Sometimes felt the same and in the end when you put more work in your item and upload it, it always gets accepted. You just need to think about it in a calm manner. Reviewers are not biased. I’d also like to emphasize that reviewers are humans just like us. So there can even be a possibility that it might have been rejected by mistake. It’s super rare though.
Anyway, did you include the link to AZfonts in your help file?
Edit: Also, just for my own curiosity, the fonts that you used, were they free for commercial use?
Welcome to GR. Yes, it is OK to use those fonts (Unless there is any specific license attached to them which may not allow commercial use.). Just remember, you don’t have to include the font files when you submit your files here. Only thing you’ll need to do is add the font information in item description and help file. You can take a look at my items and description and see how I have done it to get an idea. Hope I have helped.
Alright, it’s strange. There is no number in the tags. I thought may be you could have exceeded the number of tags but they are 30 as well. I don’t understand the problem here and I guess it would be better if someone from staff could clarify this situation. So I’ve flagged the above post for the staff to reply. I hope it helps mate.

1. You are not changing or adding tags, right? 2. You do not have any tag which contains 2 in that file, right? 3. You are just editing description or tag boxes, right?
Huh? Wait? What are tag boxes?
It’s a bit hard for me to understand what you are trying to say so take some time, and try to explain it in detail if you can.
