And what a shocker I got the regular response followed up by a reply on my reply
“I hear your frustration and I see where you’re coming from, however, unfortunately all ratings are final and there is no way for us to edit/remove a rating if it’s within the community guidelines. We are currently looking at ways to improve the system, therefore in the future you might be able to resubmit your request, but at the time all ratings are final. Have a nice day!”

The main problem is that clients already got that invoice, however they did fix it, 4 new sales came till that and are ok
Hum so you already started dividing the price, this is causing a mess in the statement page since this two components now state as separate sales in the statement page. Second, you sad you will start this on sept. 1 and people now have listed the free support but do not have an option to buy full 12 month.

Guys, its august, most of eu is on vacation. Just for example on Thursday we had 15 sales from those 15… 13 were usa only 2 eu.
My question still stands unanswered, what about ratings, if an item is not supported and we get bad ratings on that notion?
