Please be careful which services you are using on fiverr. There are unfortunately some who are not properly licensing the music to do what they are doing and making their buyers liable and open to lawsuit. I just wanted to leave a note for those using fiverr to please make sure you have a license for the music used in projects! Ignorance will not be an acceptable excuse in a court of law!

I’m not saying this is you sitemasters, but wanted to use this example to highlight a problem that has been existing on fiverr.

The important thing to remember is that the license is a single application or “per use” license. As long as the project is just the website, it can be there for as long as they like, and there are not restriction of use for any regions as use is word-wide for the internet. Now however, if the company was looking to use the song in any promotional way beyond the web site, in advertising say, that is a whole other deal.

Also of course, the license they are granted is a non-exclusive license which is why it is so cost effective.
