Hello! My name is Tanya (Tatiana, Tati), I am a web designer and an owner of a small record label The Eastern Front producing alternative music.

All templates go with Help file but if you wish to get more information about customisation of my templates please visit my blog.

Support

I provide free support whenever it concerns the template itself. Once it requires certain customisation, checking code, finding errors and similar things I help too (if I have time) however, at charge. My hourly rate is 40$. PayPal account is same as my email. If you need a consultation about customisation of any template, fees are $80. If you wish me to customise the template (literally–make all required work/changes/additions), please 1) provide me with a detailed description of your request 2) send me by email all files of your website 3) send initial payment $40. Final cost of the work will be estimated upon your request’ detailed description.

Note aside: I do respond emails and comments regularly besides on: 1) Saturdays (Friday evening–Saturday evening (Shabbat), 2) in times of war, 3) when I am on vacation and 4) if I caught influenza and feel sick and weak. Thank you for understanding.

I do not deal with people who address me in their emails as “man”, “bro”, “dude” and so on. How much an Internet communication has simplified human relationships, it is still a room for commonly accepted civil terms of respect to other people.
