I am a freelance designer and photographer based in Chester, England with a portfolio website at www.simcoe.co.uk and a design blog at www.design-design.co.uk.

My favourite instrument is my semi electric Schecter Diamond as well as a Fender Strat and battered old red semi-electric Yamaha from New Zealand [great to play though]. Favourite guitarists include Simple Mind’s Charlie Burchill, Led Zepellin’s Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck and Dave Gilmour of Pink Floyd fame. I also play keyboard and use Reason to create atmospheric synth sequences.

I have traveled all over the world and lived in Australia and New Zealand in the past as well as enjoying travel adventures in South America and the US.
