Sebastián Olivares was born in Santiago, Chile where he completed his Composition Degree in 2011 at the University of Chile Music Institute. His passion for music was ignited through his parents interest in the arts as a child, and continued to grow until he decided to dedicate his life as a professional musician. Currently studying at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Sebastián is extending his knowledge of composition and orchestration, delving into new artistic and compositional realms. He plays both piano and guitar, although he considers singing an important part of his life.
