MDKSound - Composition & Sound Design for Visual Multimedia

Music has always been a part of my life. As soon as my hands were big enough to play a piano properly, I was enrolled into the Royal Conservatory of Music. Throughout my childhood and teenage years, I continued to develop my piano skills, and also took it upon myself to learn a variety of other instruments, including guitar, trumpet and drums.

During my early adult life, I began to intensely study music theory. It was at this time that I also discovered my love for composition, music production, and sound design. This passion drove me to enroll at the Art Institute of Vancouver, where I studied ‘Professional Recording Arts’ as well as ‘Audio for Visual Multimedia’. I graduated from this program in March 2012.

My passion for music is apparent in every project I work on. Over the years, I have worked on a variety of projects, including games, videos, trailers and animations.
