Biography

Gigi Gegelashvili was born in Tbilisi, Georgia on November 14-th, 1982. He’s been performing since early childhood, took part in numerous festivals and concerts all over the world. Studied Piano and Flute in the Music School. Graduated from the Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film University as an Actor. in 2004, Founded a Progressive-Rock Band “The Light Year”. Composed several Orchestral Compositions and Rock Operas, which were performed with Symphony Orchestra, Choir and Rock Band. Has written songs and instrumental compositions for various bands, as well as theatrical and film music.
