Music is Food for the Soul

Hello and welcome to my profile page.

I am a full time Piano teacher who has always enjoyed composing music in his spare time. Over the years, I have composed in a variety of different styles depending on my mood at the time. My favourite genre to compose in is of the film score variety as this is the type of music that I have always enjoyed listening to the most. Since I was about 10 years old, I have been a fan of film composers like John Williams, Bernard Herrmann, Jerry Goldsmith, Miklos Rozsa, Elmer Bernstein and John Barry and I’d like to think that their influence can be heard a little bit in some of my own compositions. You can keep your novelists, poets and painters…for me, the most admirable artists have always been the great composers.

Although I have ticked the Freelance “I am available” box , because I have a full-time teaching job, it would really depend on the type of project and the amount of music needed for completion etc. Please feel free to contact me though if you have any questions about my music or freelance availability.
