Listed below are some examples of what the Regular and Extended licenses on AudioJungle can be used for by category. You should also read the precise licensing terms, and the simplified overview to understand how our licenses work. The information presented below is provided to assist you in understanding our licensing policy and the ways in which you may use the products which are available for sale on AudioJungle. This information does not form part of the license terms. In the event there is any inconsistency between the license terms and the following information then the license terms will prevail and will be what regulates your use of the product you buy.

Note: Each item within a pack is considered to have its own license. For example, someone could purchase a pack of 10 songs and use each song in a different project, as long as each individual song is used in one project only.

Regular License Examples
The Regular License could be used for any of the following:
- Single website (commercial, personal, or non-profit) for you or a client.
- Single video you have created for yourself or for a client that is free for users to access/view.
- Single free podcast series
- Single home movie or photo slide show.
- Single advert, whether on radio, TV or the internet.
- Single video, film or showreel you produce as a student that are not intended for sale.
Extended License Examples
The Extended License could be used for any of the following:
- Single broadcast film, radio or TV show.
- Single game for sale (e.g. for iPhone, Android etc.)
- Single piece of computer software or training material, including education material, intended to be distributed or accessed by multiple people.
Note: Items purchased under a regular or extended license may NOT be redistributed or resold "as-is" or as part of any other collection of audio resources or files.
All our audio is Podsafe with no extra royalties required after the audio has been purchased, but you will still need to ensure you purchase the audio under the correct license (either Regular or Extended).
How much does the Extended License cost for Music items?
The Extended license costs 5 times the cost of the Regular license of the item. For example, a music item that's $5 under a Regular license, would be $25 (5 x $5) under an Extended license.
How much does the Extended License cost for Music Packs?
The Extended license costs 5 times the cost of the Regular license of the item. For example, a music pack that's $10 under a Regular license, would be $50 (5 x $10) under an Extended license.
How much does the Extended License cost for a Source File?
The Extended license costs 5 times the cost of the Regular license of the item. For example, a source file that’s $20 under a Regular license, would be $100 (5 x $20) under an Extended license.

The Regular License could be used for any of the following:

The Extended License could be used for any of the following:
- Single broadcast film, radio or TV show.

How much does the Extended License cost for Sound items?
The Extended license costs 5 times the cost of the Regular license of the item. For example, a sound that’s $2 under a Regular license, would be $10 (5 x $2) under an Extended license.
Note: Packs of items are each considered to have their own license. For example, someone could purchase a regular license of a pack of sounds, and use each sound within a different project, as long as they only used each sound in one project only.
