Toccata (Debussy Remix)

My interpretation of the last movement of Claude Debussy’s set of pieces entitled “Pour le piano” (1901), here’s how it can sound like played on guitar, Rhodes electric piano, harpsichord, double-bass, contrabass-tuba, cello, trumpet, alto sax, electronic & acoustic drums & a couple of synthesizers.

Although it was written more than a century ago, this music sounds very fresh & modern, it’s joyful, fun, generous, uncompromised & compelling, & I hope that my interpretation demonstrates how groovy it is too ; )

I hope you’ll like it : )
