An Epic Scene from the this.orchestra film score series. The “Night Before the Battle” Concept begins with a fusion of big orchestral hits, a dance club style electronic kick drum that leads to additional percussive effects via EastWest StormDrum, and scream lead trumpet pasting a few notes to the back of the hall via Akai EWI and some of our sample library.

The hero’s melody, which alternates between major and minor to invoke a decision-making type of imagery, is introduced first in part by a solo french horn – then played in full by the strings.
