A light-hearted, spooky, Gypsy-style Tango for children’s animations or Halloween productions.
After a short Tango accompaniment intro played on organ/harpsichird and bass, the main theme is played on two violins panned to the left and right channels. Incorporated into this are ethereal pads and synth sounds that create a spooky feel to the music. Suddenly, in the middles section, the tempo changes to a fast polka that continues energetically up to a brief coda on the violins as the music slows down. The main theme then returns but is a bit more invigorated with extra percussion, clapping and an octave shift in one of the violins. The music continues briefly and comes to a satisfying conclusion.
