This is a pretty basic loop (looped twice) with a somewhat funny sound to it.
It could pass off as really cool or slick even, or just plain stupid, depends on how you would use it i guess. The first thing that pops into my mind is background music for a video tutorial of some sort or, Why not a game show when you have a limited time to give an answer? Or that stupid scene in your commercial or home made movie? The ideas are endless
