Description

This music track is much inspired by the musical style from the medieval to renaissance era. It depicts a festive night around a huge bonfire at the king’s castle. Imagine a circle around the bonfire, with people dancing around it while holding each other’s hands. The wine and food are plenty and good, some people maybe had a bit too much. There are a couple of people having a light brawl and there’s an artist juggling some burning torches. The king cheers at his queen in appreciation of the joy and silly happiness of his rather unclassy, though hard-working and respecting, villagers.

For this track, various quite authentic instruments have been used, like the hurdy-gurdy, fidula (predecessor of the modern day violin), spinet, organetto and a traditional soprano recorder. The added authenticity in both used instruments and liveliness makes this track quite ideal for background music for any festive scene or celebration – may it be for video or real life.
