Contemplating Blessings

A mellow track; a little tense, a little sad, and a little hopeful, but mostly relaxing. The 7/8 time keeps you on your toes, but the scant piano melody on top just glosses over the top. The piano has a very soft, damper pedal sound; it’s lovely. The fingerpicking on the guitar and the steady tick in the marimba lend well to giving the track a good, unique groove.
