What do you guys think about YouTube’s redesign? It looks like they are trying to draw more attention to the subscribe button by placing the video’s title below the video and the new subscribe button just below that.
Overall, the whole site just looks a little bit cleaner. Nice.

I still nee some time to get used to it. It looks more mature and serious, but it doesn’t feel as good as before in my opinion.

+1 When talking about the homepage, I just don’t understand how a page would look so plain white… I liked the dark columns previously, but now everything looks terrible. And that wide space on the right is awful… Again, talking about the homepage. Other pages look just a little bit better.

I’m not a big fan of the new design. But at least for now it’s not affecting our channels which is good because that took time to design.
I understand where Youtube is heading, and the cleaner visual direction is a good idea. I just don’t think it’s a Google level of design, they can do much better than that.
