By far my favourite is House MD. It is a true masterpiece. It is not a show about medicine, it is about people, their stories, their beliefs etc. Also, the acting and the soundtrack are top notch. I also watch (or watched): The Big Bang Theory, The Mentalist, Supernatural, Lie to Me, Smallville, Heroes, Fringe, White Collar, Suits, Two and a Half Men, Californication, Breaking Bad, The IT Crowd.
