My latest song has the wrong preview file: I think the reviewer added one from a previous song I submitted. Who do I contact to get this issue resolved?
The best thing to do would be to contact support. They should have your issue resolved fairly quickly. Also, try poking the support twitter, they will expedite the process.
Do you have the contact info? The support under the help menu seems to be geared towards the purchaser, not the authors. Is that who I should be contacting?
OK, thanks! Must have been my bad then. Does this mean that the preview files aren’t reviewed? yikes!
It seems that I uploaded the wrong preview AND zip files! Wow! I must have been tired!
