Hey all,

Had my first submission approved last week but like a dope I neglected to put it in the right category.

So, my mock-up is in the Powerpoint category. Its lonely over there!

There is no option to change it in my edit page so I wrote support last week and even sent a request to a reviewer in my update/edit page. Nothing. (Reviewer actually approved my request, but nothing changed.)

Any advice for this rook?

write to support to change the category and send number of ticket to them on twitter.
maybe you should say which category you would like to upload your item

You can do it very quickly like this: 1. Edit your item (Add some tags) 2. In the “Message to the Reviewer” section, write a message asking the reviewer to change your item to the right category. 3. Press the “Submit files for review” button.

The reviewer will update your tags and change the category, this usually works pretty fast.

Had to resubmit everything. My suggestion to anyone who is reading this because they uploaded to the wrong category is to cut your losses, delete your file and resubmit in the correct category.

Just be sure to copy all of your descriptions and tags that you spent so much time in writing and possibly formatting before you do any deleting.

I’ve also been having the same problem, but I immediately Contact Support. And they immediately move it ..
