I just finished uploading a file, and at the next page was greeted with this:

“Your file has been uploaded and will be reviewed shortly. Would you like to upload another?”

Perhaps it should say:

”...Would you please not upload another anytime soon? Give yourself at least a week to plan your next file and make sure it looks pretty and works well, rather than spam the upload queue with half finished junk? Thank you!”

Nothing wrong, this is not going to encourage unfinished/junk files as every file should pass the reviewing process. What actually encourages the low quality files is if such files are really approved.

“Would you like to upload another” is just a courteous gesture. I feel that it would be rude to say, “Would you please not..” because what happens i have been planing for 2 weeks on 2 separate files, and i want to upload at the same time… I don’t know.

Well, this was just my yearly rant rather than a “real” suggestion. At some point there was an abundance of very low quality files from the same author. That got on my nerves a bit. Everything’s fine now :D

BTW Anthony, love your games on Newgrounds!
