^ There is no strict policies that reaches layman but the recent 30-40 years of awareness and life style changes helped reduction of growth. Probably it can be called ‘controlled’ only after 30-40 years from now :D

I’ve just seen, MySpace has more traffic than Twitter?! Is this based on traffic, or users? because I would guess Twitters views are low because of Twitter clients.
