The services I use on the web are much more. From the amazing Screenr and Wordpress once every couple of weeks, to Basecamp and Instapaper almost hourly. 
Will write a list of these apps sometimes as well. I guess it’s in the drafts or something.

I’ve used it for a while, but it’s too basic for our needs. We use apollohq for that now
