Wordpress theme for a how-to site

Hello fellow Envato authors!

I’m looking for a Wordpress theme that would suit a how-to site that I’m starting. At first I was reluctant to post here since I’m not really sure what I’m looking for. Most of what I find here looks really good but maybe too stylish if you understand what I mean. If not that they are much too business oriented.

I will be posting videos, information in many different categories and also a blog. The blog would not be the main part though.

Most of the how-to sites are so cluttered. Look at this for instance:

Great information, but just too much at the same time.

At the same time I will be advertising. Not that much to start with but if the site takes off I might push some banners, G-ads and the like.

So, anyone knows exactly what I need?

Would you consider custom service for this? Let me know.

That is a very nice theme for anyone looking for that kind of site. Let me be more specific.

I will be the one providing the knowhow, mainly through links to other sites and videos posted on YouTube. Occasionally there might be blog posts about what’s been happening on the site and possibly interviews with experts in the field.
