Hi, I have made a payment request via SWIFT to get my money. I have got the email for sending my money. I have checked with my bank again and again. But it has gone 10 days. I have not got my money yet. Could you please help me?

Please provide support a copy of the bank swift codes via email, they should be able to confirm the correct swift details were submitted during the withdrawal request. Please confirm with bank if any swift codes have changed.
