No money yet…. Can someone respond to my support ticket? Come on guys, this is a few days short of being a whole month delayed.. whats happening?! I need a free t-shirt out of this or something, seriously.. maybe even a badge “waited one month for payment badge” . What is the explaination, considering I’ve received SWIFT payments consecutively about 40+ times without problems, or delay.. why now? Like I’ve been patient, but I actually need those funds now.

Called my bank today, but no money..I received the proof of payment from Envato, but cross checking my account number I notice that the last two digits are incorrect… should end with 11 not 00 .. This just seems like a typing error on the keyboard entering 0 key and not the 1 key on Envato’s side… why didn’t they cross check the account numbers when they tried to resend the funds.. this seems obvious. Anyways I have send this to support but I believe this has been the problem the whole time ~facepalm~

why envato needs to type those numbers, what about just copy paste from the form you fill when you request the payout each month?
are you sure you did not made a mistake when you filled that number in august?

I believe the transaction process is fully automated. I don’t imagine our accountants hand type out tens of thousands of account numbers every month
