If 15-ths falls on weekend or holiday, withdrawal process should be on business day before that days, not on the next business day like now….
For example, I have bills where I should pay not later that 15-th, or I’ll be charged extra fee for every next day. And they don’t care about if 15-th falls on weekend. Today is 17-th and I still haven’t received money…. Great…

So it’s not only me who experiencing the same problem. As last month some authors got problems with SWIFT , I just hope it’s not the same on this month.
