it’s been 3 days since I have withdraw problem.
the support team asks me alternative payment details so I’ve given theme but I didn’t get no responds from theme over 36 hours.
According to their mail, I supposed to get responds from theme in 24 hours but not responds yet.
Plz, somebody help me what’s going on.

If it’s a payment issue it may need to be handled by our accounts team. It’s the weekend right now in Australia which may mean a wait till tomorrow when they get in.
