Widthdrawals

Hi guys, this is the first month in which I have been an author, an thus being able to widthdraw money

My question is Envato have stated that payment would be released on the 15th.

Why has it not been released into my paypal?

did you request a payout this month? or the last month? I guess they pay on the 15th of the following month

I requested it on the 20th of last month lol

I believe it only occurs on business days, so it should be processed on Monday.

All withdrawals are issued on the 15th of the following month (except when the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday, in which case it is issued on the next business day).

Because 15 is weekend you need to wait until monday.

Paypal?, Paypal does not work like other banks, it works 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. 24 hours a day.

I can understand switch because it relies on actual main street banks which only work 5 days a week.

Oh right… me bad, i submitted a support ticket… I take it i cant retract it

I wait for my first payment too and I suppose it should be on Monday. I’m also nervous.

Don’t worry guys, when 15th falls in a weekend, it’ll be processed ASAP at monday, because the Envato team must stay at work to process the payments

As the team doesn’t works in weekends – they won’t send the payment during the weekend.
