I withdraw my january earnings at 1 january. Now. it is still a pending withdrawal? before january all withdrawals work fine. does anyone has the same problem ? who can help ? thanks.

I think they are very strict now and you have to withdraw BEFORE the first of the next month, so in your case: 31 december at last.

I think they are very strict now and you have to withdraw BEFORE the first of the next month, so in your case: 31 december at last.Yes..if you withdraw on the first day of a month it’s like never withdrawing for the previous month. So it’s obvious that you’ll have to wait until the 15th of next month in order to get your money.
