If the customer doesn’t pay with pre-paid credits then a fee of 2 dollars is added. This is shown below the items price.

Hope this helps

Hello Khursey,

When someone buys your item, they have the option to pay with credits, which is money they have in their Envato buyer account, or pay for the item by other means (with money from say a paypal account or credit card). Envato allows buyers to place money into their buyer account, starting at a minimum of $20 USD . This money can only be spent on the Envato marketplaces. If they purchase with the credits in this account, they only pay for the advertised price of the item. If they purchase by other means, they must pay $2 more. When they buy through other means, Envato splits the $2 dollars with the author. That is why your $11 dollar item was sold for $13 dollars and you received $6.50.
