My account username is absolutex Why codecanyon disable my account that i have bought more than 4 items, I just only create ticker to codecanyon about payment issue.
Not receive Download link on Transaction ID73M77230NL2367XXX , (Purchase item Max Mag – Responsive Wordpress Magazine Theme from user MVPThemes on ThemeForest) I have previously purchased but not downloaded the link, and I have checked my payment in paypal and noticed that the system has no record of payment. Then I have to purchase again. And get download link. But when I returned to paypal i got double transaction of payment 47.00 and 47.00 again.
What should i do??? disable my account to solve you problem??
