From your earlier posts I gather you’re using 3DMax to create your models. I found this demo by Rob Bateman (with source) that might help link.

It that doesn’t work maybe you could try exporting your model to a different format and then use Away3D to load it. Collada (.dae) usually works for me. Also, the Collada format is like XML so its human-readable and therefore easy to check if any details are missing (such as material and texture references).

You should post the code you used to load the model as well so we can see what you’re doing.
