you could request it as custom work for a freelancer, there are several around here who could do it for you…

This one by OXYLUS is about the closest I’ve seen to the example you posted, but it is AS2 .

If you need an exact replica you will likely have to go the freelance route. I could develop one for you in AS3 if you are interested.
