This is the reason I always advise everyone to read full agreements when it comes to using resources made by others. Sherman, do take some time reading full agreement of SXC . You need to be careful to advise it to anyone else as well as using it yourself.

Always ask permission from the photographer if you want to use the Image
* In website templates that You intend to sell or distribute.
* For creating printed reproductions that You intend to sell.
* On “print on demand” items such as t-shirts, postcards, mouse pads, mugs (e.g. on sites like Cafepress), or on any similar mass produced item that would contain the Image in a dominant way.

True! which is why I advised that he reads the photo license first. Some photos are free to use. Anyways, all my photos are from photodune
