What's wrong with reviewer???

Hey I’m think funny but I need to say, that’s many themes copy together and now it’s being normal work!

I don’t want to point direct to a theme. but if you look at the top of “Last Week’s Top WordPress Sellers” and some new themes that they’re very close together! almost same design , same color! What’s wrong with reviewer???

I think you should worry when someone copy of your item.:) any copy theme you shoud contact to envato. If you are reviewer can you remember all themes submitted ?

Funny is when some original themes “are not up to the current aesthetic standards” whatever the heck that means as tastes are different and there’s nothing wrong technically with them, but this gets by easily.

That’s exactly what I used to think before, but in spite of the fact that some themes seem to look the same, they actually employ different design concepts and/or functionality; with the exception of those that are blatantly copied, of course.

The new theme FreshLook has been remove after this thread created some minutes. It copied Avada.

Just a small note. Reviewers physically cannot remember each and every theme on ThemeForest (or every site on the web). And it’s not their job.

You can simply shoot a pm to one of them – no need for drama on forums

The thing that really bothers me is the number of people submitting ripoffs…

Can you guys take a look at the latest 907 site template and compare it with my SCRN ? Am I the only one who thinks this is kind of a ripoff?

No, not at all, you’re not the first who used Big blurred image with nice typography and not the first who made one-page template I’ve checked both themes, there are similarities but it’s not a ripoff. And you shouldn’t worry, your theme is 100x better looking.

As for the Avada ripoff which was accepted today, it looks like it’s gone now, so probably someone reacted quick enough

The thing is, if you make a completely unique template you start to isolate the amount you can sell to, you make a generic template like most of the rest and it sells.
