It’s not just liquids that can help you stay healthy, focused and productive. It’s a good balance of food, drink, exercise and sleep. For the record however, dehydration is most effectively avoided by drinking water. Specific routines will all differ due an infinite number of personal variables in our lives. Do not underestimate the power of rest. Some of the best runners (and doctors) in the world will all tell you that a day off from intense physical training is just as important, if not MORE important, than all that hard physical exercise each day.

Why do you need to drink something to have energy? Don’t you sleep?
There is no perfect hack that rejuvenates body after over working for a given day. Damaged cells are damaged cells – those can’t be compensated instantly with food. The only way is surrendering to sleep Don’t believe TV commercials – we have those just for fun!
