What is the difference between these two "Support"

Today i discover a new “Support” page… I saw this today really… And I am so confused when i saw this new “Support” link… Can anyone tell me what’s the difference between these two “Support”.... Here are those link….

New Support Link

Regular Support Page

I believe they’re pretty similar and both go into our Support system. The first one lets you clarify the destination a bit better. For example you would use that form if you needed support for FreelanceSwitch or Tuts+ etc.

As a rule of thumb, it’s best to use the Support area that is linked from the site your requesting support for.
