Get yourself a convolution reverb, reverbs such as Altiverb, Arts Acoustic, and Space Designer are great. , Then get the Bricasti impulse responses and load them in.

Hard to beat Lexicon. The bundle is expensive, but you can buy individual ‘verbs, like plate for intance, for a reasonable price.
