I dont think there is much you can do unless you have permission form the movie/owner company that made the movie.
Copyrighted work can only be used without permission when someone is criticizing it, commenting on it, reporting on it, teaching about it, or conducting research.
if you are using it for preview of something then this does not cover it
Oh…thats true what you say….but… i dont know where i can find some good pictures with movie scenes with royalty-free license…in our asset library we dont find that pictures…
for IMDB ….i find this….May I use a photo from your site for my web site or publication?
Most of the photos on our site are licensed to us for our own use only. We do not have the authority to sublicense them to others. Photos on our site may be licensed directly from the license holders. For photos from “our Studio Friends,” you’ll need to contact the studio or production company. We recommend contacting the publicity department for current releases and the home video department for older films. For most movies, there is a “company credits” link near the top of the lefthand column on the film’s listing. That will provide the name of the studio(s) and companies involved with making the film. Please note that many of our “posters” for older films are actually just scans of their video or DVD packaging. We cannot sublicense those images. Please contact the appropriate studio.

Yeah so as I said you need to contact the studio/s for permission
Do you know some particular sites: photos with movie scenes (royalty-free license) ?

No I highly doubt there is such a thing and if there is there wouldn’t be much of it.
I have just looked on PhotoDune and I could see pictures that could be like movie scenes if edited and colour corrected.
Ok. Thank you very much!
Take a loot at Big Buck Bunny, it’s licensed under a creative commons 3.0 (attribution) so it can be used in item previews.
